Brothers Tony and Mike Munafo founded ProLink in Cincinnati, Ohio with just three employees in 2011. Since then, the company has celebrated several years of impressive and consistent growth. Prior to ProLink Staffing, they both held senior level management positions at a national staffing company where they gained invaluable knowledge of the staffing industry. Both Tony and Michael’s passion and dream of having their own business was impressed on them at an early age through their now-passed father, whose mantra was, “Work hard; take risks, and live each day having no regrets.” The brothers have instilled those words into their team, and it’s what the company lives by and strives for each day. One of the primary drivers of ProLink’s accelerated growth is that Tony and Michael surround themselves with a team that share their ideals. The staff is empowered with the right balance of responsibility, direction, and the expectation to reach goals mutually established.
