How long have you been in business?
We have been in business since 1995. When we started, the opening cold-call line was, "Hi. Have you heard of the Internet?"
What is your primary product or service?
The company provides digital marketing, web design, programming, hosting and related services such as video for the web, social media and email marketing.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Jack Massari, Founder and President, has a BS in Engineering, a PE and an MBA and spent over twenty years in corporate manufacturing and mining. In 1995, he started ICG Link, Inc. because the Internet was pretty much brand new and he could see that it might have some potential. Turned out he was right.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We have been in business for 21 years. While widely known for digital marketing and custom web work, the company also offers low cost, template driven web sites for businesses, churches, real estate agents and bloggers. ICG Link has also created several on-line SaaS applications including their website builders, an email marketing tool, a file sharing and Intranet system and others. ICG Link, Inc. has some 2000 clients all over the world covering a wide variety of business and industry and a full staff of professional designers, programmers, customer service and systems staff.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One location. We have 17 designers and programmers, many of whom work from home around the country.

We are organized as a C corporation.

Business hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm Central, but we have 24/7/365 customer support via email and phone.
